We're Here

So much for sleeping on the plane. The lights were on for the first two hours and dinner was served at 12:30am. Interesting. Not to mention that the kids were wound up too.

We arrived into Madrid about 10:30am local time.

Luggage and car pickup were uneventful! Yahoo.

GPS provided directions right to the hotel. Internet access is free. We're set.

Lunch, some walking, some running in the park by the kids, a nap, and we will set out shortly for some late dinner. Well, late by our schedule.

Headed out for Tapas and drinks around 8:30. A quick 3 hours later and we were well fed and ready to hit the hay. We are headed to Toledo first thing tomorrow and we plan to get to our rental house tomorrow evening. Lots of driving tomorrow so we are up and out early. Stay tuned.
